A valid government-issued photo ID and the completed document (without signatures). Don’t sign until you're with the notary!

You’ll receive a secure link where we meet by video. You verify your ID, sign electronically, and I notarize live. It’s quick, convenient, and fully legal in the state of Florida.

Yes — I offer mobile notary services. Travel fees vary based on location.

When availability allows — absolutely. Contact me to check my schedule

Cards, electronic payment apps, and other secure methods. Payment is collected at the time of your service or according to your officiant contract terms.

Appointments are requested at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day and urgent requests may be available based on my schedule, and I’ll always make an effort to assist when possible.

I do not have a physical office for client visits. All appointments are handled through mobile or online services.
